she did great. communication was pretty key to the final outcome. photographs were done between guest stays at property. she coordinated perfectly for these events and other inspections. the closing was just about a month from offer. listing was very good. it seemed to properly show off the properties characteristics perfectly. some back and forth texting caused a little confusion, but it worked out fine. when their was an issue, her broker stepped up and closed out the problem in a timely manner. i will definitely refer Christine to other folks interested in buying or selling their myrtle beach area property
