Christine and the entire Gerber group are wonderful realtors and I would like to share our experience of working with her. We partnered with Christine over a two year period in search of our dream home. We were very particular in what we were looking for and Christine was very patient with us and excellent at understanding exactly what we were looking for in a home. She was also very accommodating and available any time to meet with us and walk through homes. We eventually decided to relocate our family to a different state and worked with Christine to sell our home. She really excels at showing properties and was very creative at demonstrating the best qualities of our home, even using a drone to fly around our yard. We ended up selling our home quickly and completed a purchase agreement on the day that we were packing up the moving trucks and moving 400 miles away. About a week after moving, the Mankato area received significant amounts of rain. Without our asking her to do so, Christine took the time to stop by our home and check for water in the basement. Unfortunately one of the downspouts had disconnected and water had run in to an egress window and in to a bedroom in our basement. Christine contacted us immediately and offered to stop by later in the day with a shop vac to dry up the water. We ended up working with a contractor to clean things up, but can not speak enough to how much we appreciated Christine going out of her way to stop by and check our home and offer to help fix the water problems. We were so lucky to have a realtor that is a true professional and just as importantly a very caring person. Being very far away left us feeling nervous about the potential for water issues and helpless in correcting the problem but Christine was a true blessing to have as a partner while selling our home and reduced our anxiety. I would highly recommend her and the entire Gerber group to anyone that is looking to work with a realtor to buy or sell a home.
