Christine is fabulous! My rental property was a fixer after my tenants moved out. Christine brought in her network of workers to bring the house back to its former glory and ready for sale within weeks. Christine coordinated it all, which was huge, since I live out of town. The property received multiple offers the first weekend on the market. It sold for over asking, all cash, 2 week escrow. Christine was responsive, honest (priced the house perfectly), an effective negotiator, and over-delivered throughout the process. I highly recommend her!
