I am truly surprised that I am the first to recognize this on Zillow! She is licensed in IL and WI. I am so thankful to have found her, as she is my THIRD realtor that I have contacted! The others just did not follow through. Edit- as we used Ms Weitzel as our agent to buy our forever home! The steps of buying a home are incredibly gruesome. Christina made it easy by doing a lot of the steps for us. She contacted utility companies, well water verifications, and county offices. She was available by text, email and phone at all times. She knew intricacies of buying a rural home and helped us get the best deal. She maneuvered through the hoops without even being asked. At closing she came in person, although it wasn't necessary! She had thank you cards for everyone in the room along with a beautiful personalized gift for us. I mean, this woman is beyond incredible at her job. The final amazing part was when she offered her closed utility trailer for FREE to use to move our items 40 miles away! I mean, that is service that you will not get anywhere else. This is my 3rd home and I would use Christina again and again and would refer her to anyone. I could not have been more happy with the process and her knowledge.
