Christina is a perfectionist! She's extremely knowledgeable. Christina's vast knowledge of the value of homes in the area helped her realistically price our home, achieving multiple offers immediately. We achieved our desired sale price as a result! Wow! Wow! wow! So thrilled i met you Christina. I was searching for a home and was neglected and mistreated by other agents. I met Christina by chance. I saw a posting for an open house so I called and met Christina. We had a great conversation. I told her what I was going through. She said that it was really unprofessional how I was treated. She made me feel safe,protected and made sure we found our home fast. I went to an open house I loved it and told her. She kicked butt. She checked for everything regarding our home. She looked at things that the other agents I delt with didn't even look for when I was house hunting. She is extremely thorough. Honest and caring as well. She did so much for my husband and I. We did have a hiccup with the seller which I'm still unfortunately dealing with but that has to do with the bad lawyer I hired. I wish I met her sooner so she could have saved me from people who took advantage of me. But thankfully when it came to closing and situations with the house she fought for us. She made sure things were up to standards and that the seller was following the laws.
