The first thing a buyer needs to know is how much a bank would approve them for. Looking at homes without knowing this can become disappointing. Advice- Get a pre-approval.

The most important thing we need to do is price your house right. If we aim too high, we may not get offers which can discourage you and a buyer and if we aim too low, buyers will wonder if there is something wrong with the home.

All types! But I have worked with a lot of first time home buyers and have helped others sell their homes.

I am very happy to have worked with a young woman who spent her entire life living in subsidized housing. She never thought she'd be able to buy her own home. She had savings and a decent job. I helped connect her to the right lender who worked with her on getting the right loan product. Six months later, she made an offer on a home, it was approved and soon after closed on the property. I will always remember her amazing attitude and resilience.
