We bought a new home and sold our current home with Christina Mugno. Christina was thoughtful, caring, and detail-oriented from the very beginning of the process. She walked us through what a typical home sale looks like, provided us with estimated net sale sheets, and explained her strategy for listing and marketing our home. When we werent sure if we wanted a resale or a new build, she sent us to a community she felt would be in our price-point to meet builders she has previously worked with which helped us discover an amazing new community. As we narrowed into the community we wanted, she showed us resales as a compare to a new build which helped give us confidence to place an offer. On the seller side, she helped us through the frustrating times of flaky buyers and fought for us as we were losing energy to low bids. Christinas efforts got us into a home we love, in a community we love, and put more cash in our pocket than we expected!

We had our home on the market for over 300 days with no luck. We felt defeated and decided to take our home off the market. Our home was only 2 years old when we listed and we were competing with new builds. We decided to give it one more try. Christina was referred to us by some friends and said she is one of the best around. We met with several realtors who said they could sell our house no problem telling us everything we wanted to hear. Then, we met with Christina. She was honest and upfront about all the challenges we faced and gave us several different scenarios to help us make an educated decision. We decided to go with Christina and we were under contract 2 weeks later! During the process we hit a few snags and she helped guide us through all of them with ease. She was always extremely responsive and patient with us and made us feel as if we were always her top priority. She kept everything moving and we were able to finally sell our home! We also worked with her in the purchase of our new home. The seller was representing them selves which faced some very tough challenges. Christina took care of all the issues and made it as easy as possible for us even with a very difficult seller. We would refer Christina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is friendly, personal, and extremely knowledgable. This was hands down best experience we have ever had working with a realtor after selling 3 homes and buying 4. We will always go to her for any home buying or selling needs.

Very knowledgeable. The sellers left their boxes after closing and took the ring. She helped get us a new ring 2 and helped get the boxes out that day. Shes busy but committed to her clients.

I really can?t say enough great things about Christina- she is amazing! We had an unusual situation, and she went out of her way to work with us to get us into our new home (which we love!) She walked us through every stage of the process and really protected our interests. Her hard work saved us money, stress and got us to the closing table in record time. She even helped us after the sale. Christina was always available, helpful and went above and beyond for us. I don?t think we really understood just how amazing she is and all that she did for us until later, comparing notes with friends who worked with someone else. We are so grateful!
