Selling, or buying, real estate can be stressful, but Chris Monzillo made selling our house an easy experience. She was with us every step of the way, explaining every aspect, coordinating with the buyers agent to insure things went smoothly. She made sure the home inspection was set up, the deposit was there by its due date, and took extra care that everything on our buyers end was taken care of in a timely fashion. She was always a mere phone call away to answer all of my many questions. Were we to move back to the State College/Clearfield area I would definitely enlist Chris help.

Christina both found me a new home and then sold my existing home. I explained to her from the beginning that while I had a rough idea what I was looking for, it might take a lot of time and effort to find it. She was tireless. I really dont know how many properties we looked at over the course of the past year but she never gave up. When we finally found the right one she was with me every step of the way to make it happen. Then Chris went way above my expectations with assistance and advice when she listed and sold my existing home. As we worked our way through the entire process I felt more like a friend than a customer.
