This perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my clients, drives me to truly be an expert at the job. On a daily basis I strive to stay current on my field and related fields and continue to educate myself; to better serve my you. As a Seller, you want to effectively market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient yet assertive partner, to help you buy the right home for you at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don't leave money on the table. This is where I step in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager. In 2018 I launched my real estate career, shortly after earning a double Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance and General Business Administration from New Mexico State University. Since then, I have worked hard to establish a strong involvement within my community by serving in a number roles in different local entities: Board Director; Las Cruces Realtor Association, Ambassador; Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, Senior Fitness Professional; New Mexico Senior Olympics and Board President; Mariachi Estrellitas. Through out my real estate carrier I've concentrated my effort to achieve a higher level of success by being focused, consistent and staying motivated to produce quality result. Feeling deep pleasure, I am happy to say I have successfully completed my property management certification and upgraded to a qualifying broker license. I am also a relocation specialist and continue to learn every day. I care! I believe I represent more than just myself and that my actions also affect those who believe in me.
