I had been casually looking for a new home in the St. Pete area after living in Tampa for many years. Zillow put me In contact with The Richardson Team when I found several homes I wanted to see. They are extremely responsive yet not pushy, consistently checking in. Great knowledge of the area. Understanding the limited supply and high demand, I finally found THE house. The problem was that the seller had just accepted an offer. I had not purchased a house in 21 years and so many things had changed. Based on their advice, I quickly obtained pre-qualification and put in a backup offer.
