They personally showed us all the properties we were interested in and set various searches up that would automatically send emails around the clock so that we had first dibs on showings. Zillow put me In contact with The Richardson Team when I found several homes I wanted to see. They are extremely responsive yet not pushy, consistently checking in. Great knowledge of the area. Understanding the limited supply and high demand, I finally found THE house. The problem was that the seller had just accepted an offer. I had not purchased a house in 21 years and so many things had changed. Based on their advice, I quickly obtained pre-qualification and put in a backup offer. Within a couple of days, Christine reached out to me to let me know that the current offer had fallen though and the sellers selected me over 5 other offers as I had gotten pre-qualified. Christina and Kris stayed in constant communication though the closing process and was my advocate with the sellers. They also provided recommendations on kitchen remodeling companies, handy man services, utility helpers amongst other incredibly helpful information. I highly recommend their services.
