Buying our first home was a very pleasant and easy process thanks to Tonya! We connected through her by chance one day looking at an open house that she was present for, and she was our go to person since then! She was extremely patient with us through the whole process as it took us awhile (being picky and indecisive) to find the perfect home. Tonya showed us countless homes and was so flexible with last minute requests. She was always able to get us a look at homes the same day or if it was late the very next morning. She answered our calls all hours of the day, if she was busy shed always get back to us quickly. She was very knowledgeable about the areas in which we looked (there were MULTIPLE), as well as very knowledgeable about the market itself. She helped us get to where we needed to be for our offer on the home we ended up purchasing and negotiated with the selling team to get us everything we hoped for! Her and her team were so helpful with the whole process making everything SO easy, the whole experience was truly wonderful. We couldnt be happier with our home and we owe it to Tonya and her team! So blessed to have crossed paths with her! She will definitely be recommended to all of our friends and family (buying or selling)in the future!

Christi made buying a house very easy- and we threw some pretty hefty challenges her way. For one thing, we lived in Virginia and didn't plan to visit in person *at all* during any part of the house hunting, inspections, or closing. So all of our searching was done together over FaceTime, every point of negotiation along the way was a call, text, or email. Thankfully, she was perfectly responsive and there was never a delay in any phase of the process. Once we made an offer on a house, her phenomenal team organized all of the inspections for us and kept in close contact with the title company and the mortgage officer. Again, an incredibly high level of communication made all of the administrative tasks associated with buying a house very simple. I am grateful that I never felt rushed and always felt supported with fast answers to any questions I had. I am very glad that I was able to trust Christi, her team, and her process. Things went very smoothly from the first call to finally meeting in person when we arrived at our new home.

Let me tell everyone first hand how DEDICATED this team is. First off thats to the DREAM TEAM I will be moving into my first home. Christi and Shawn worked extremely hard to get me into my new home.
