Christina Gulick

Christina grew up in the Northern VA area by way of Bolivia and Northern CA. Christina is bilingual, in Spanish. Christina started her career in the car industry as a Finance Manager eventually working her way up to owning a dealership. Her hard work and dedication along with being genuinely likable gained her the trust of her clients, making their challenges a wonderful partnership on a successful journey. After the birth of her first child she sold her dealership to focus on family. As her daughter grew, her passion to help people still yearned. A career move to real estate was a natural transition as Christina brings the same work ethic and dedication to her Real Estate profession when working with buyers and sellers. Her ability to connect and understand her clients' goals and needs insures that they will be provided with the upmost satisfaction and attention to detail. At age 18 Christina purchased her first residential property knowing the importance of home ownership at an early age. Christina has a sincere desire to inform and educate her clients about marketplace trends, neighborhoods and specific properties. Christina believes an educated client makes more informed decisions during what can be a very emotional process.
