Doug Dodd is an outstanding young man! I had him as a student years ago. Doug just sold me a house on 4/29/22. He is a people person who has exemplary integrity, honesty, courteousness, professionalism and compassion. Doug walked me through the process by making sure I had inspectors, surveyers, a lender, a mortgage broker, and a lot of other things I can't even think of. We looked at several houses; Doug has great patience explaining the many amenities the various houses personally had to offer. After looking at several houses, some of which Doug deemed not to be up to par, he called me and said he had a great deal in a great area for a great price. Then I found my dream home; it was a Villa just like I had planned to retire in. So I got the Villa on a quiet cul-de-sac kind of on the outskirts of town in a very secluded area. I told my students the other day always be nice to your students you never know when those same students will have to come back and help you. It it with the highest recommendations and warmest regards that I recommend Doug Dodd as a realtor for anyone.

Shaunda was delightful to work with! We were going thru a difficult sale/move from our "forever" home in Virginia. We decided we definitely needed to find a home near our family! As quickly as possible..versus finding storage area... They actually connected us with Shaunda and she was incredibly responsive! Anytime we texted or emailed(our preferred communication midst our zoo move (O:) she responded above and beyond! Most helpful as we were totally new to this area of Florida! Shaunda is such an amazing agent. We were referred to her by our selling agent. We were moving out of state and needed someone in the state we were relocating to. Shaunda made this process extremely seamless for us. We were in a really tight timeframe because e wanted to move before our daughter started school. We also had to make a contingent offer based on our house back home selling. She referred us to a buy back program that allowed us to make cash offers based on what our house that we were selling was worth. This came in extremely clutch for us. The first offer Shaunda wrote for us was accepted. She was very honest with anything she saw. Went back and forth with the seller as needed. Helped us make decisions that we werent sure about. She was also very detailed showing us the house over video since we werent in the state. Theres no way things would have worked out as perfectly for us if we had a different agent. I believe Shaunda is really that good. She has also checked on us multiple times since closing to refer us to different vendors and just see how we are doing. Couldnt recommend her enough!

Kims been super helpful with providing me all the information I need as a first time home buyer.
