Before we even listed Scott had made a portfolio of our residence and what it had to offer, it also showed the comps in the area to help us base our asking price and enter the market in a very competitive manner. We sold in less than 10 days and walked away still happy and secure. We also then called upon Scott to help us purchase our new home! In a very aggressive, high APR market time, we gave him our demographics on expectations and location. SHORTLY after that we had found a home! Even if it meant driving and hour, Scott still showed and presented us homes. We purchased our new home after several showings where Scott kept us in the loop with homes entering the marker. He was able to get the open house cancelled so we could bargin to make the purchase. Im am happy to say we own our new home Scott had found us and are very happy with everything he was able to help us with and negotiate for. Wonderful guy, full of life, passionate about real estate, and very easy to work with! Definitely a high recommendation to those looking for a realtor in his areas.
