She has a keen sense of the market, especially in pricing appropriately, and knows what will appeal to a potential buyer. Christina created the listing using vivid and accurate descriptions of the property, produced brochures which detailed features and upgrades, and used professional photography to best depict the highlights and condition of the house. All of this led to my house going under contract in less than 5 days - and for asking price. I never expected such a terrific outcome, and I know that it was Christinas skill that made it possible!In both transactions, she was highly organized and efficient, always keeping me informed about where in the process things were and anything that needed to be done. Christina is a true professional, and I would absolutely ask her to help me buy or sell a home again.

Being a real estate over the last 10 years I've bought and sold many properties.. this last go around I had 4 properties that I was looking to buy (3 for my parents retirement investment) and the other was for myself.. we started with looking at commercial and then switched to residential (due to a request by my father).. These are all little things that win you deals and not all seasoned veterans know how to do very well. The first things we noticed working with Christina was that she was very responsive, honest and knowledgeable about problems she was seeing in homes we toured, really really hard working, and very patient. We had a load of questions, and she gave us so much of her time to locate a house that would work for us. I think we may have toured 15 -20 houses, offered on 6 or more and were really struggling to find something. She stuck with us, didn't give up on the process even though it was frustrating, and really worked hard for us. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking for a home.
