Let me say right away, though, that she is hands-down the best realtor we have ever encountered, and working with her was such a joy.Because of the pandemic and the long distance nature of our move, we only had one weekend to find a home in New Jersey. Christina worked with me online to develop a list of NINE houses, all of which we visited in one day. Not only did we see all of these houses in one day, but Christina timed the day with such precision, we only had one 15-minute delay...perfect for a delicious cup of coffee at a delightful local shop!My husband and I had favorited a huge variety of homes that we wanted to look at, and Christina indulged us on every one of those, but she also knew us better than we knew ourselves, and inserted several homes into the search that were a much better fit (including the one I'm sitting in right now). We would have been so lost without her recommendations and knowledge of the area.Throughout the entire day (and it was a long day) Christina offered advice about homes, knowledge about each town, scenic routes to enjoy, and just really excellent company. In retrospect, I don't know how Christina managed to give us 100% of her attention for eight straight hours that day...but she did! And it's a day we will never forget. We had a blast.Once we chose our favorite home, Christina helped us negotiate for the price we wanted. She also helped us put together a great team for completing the sale. She held my hand through the entire inspection process (she knows so much about houses!), and helped us navigate a slightly tricky closing. Throughout all of this, she was incredibly responsive, supportive, kind, and such a bright spot in our lives.But Christina didn't stop working when the sale closed. She continues to give us invaluable advice about maintenance, local attractions, good veterinarians, and even where to find an excellent chicken pot pie! Christina's body of knowledge about this area is truly mind-blowing.So many things about our move could have gone wrong given our limited knowledge and time. Instead, everything went nearly perfectly and we are so happy here. There's no doubt in our minds about why things went so well.Christina is an extremely nice person and also a stunningly skilled professional. This mix is so rare and so wonderful. She often went out of her way to make appointments to show us properties. We finally settled on purchasing a townhouse, and she facilitated all the inspections etc. Unfortunately the sale fell through for reasons beyond her control, so we stayed in our current home for the time being.

She was very knowledgeable about the area, schools, etc., and was a huge asset to us during the process. She never once made us feel rushed or like we were a burden throughout the entire process, despite asking to visit our now-home at least half a dozen times with various relatives before we made an offer. She was way more patient than I would have been with us! She calmed our fears/nerves and guided us through the process without ever being the least bit pushy. She also was extremely quick to respond to emails/texts/calls and always went the extra mile for us! I would absolutely use her in a heartbeat if we were to move again!
