I recently purchased a condo which I love with the help of Christina on my side throughout the whole process. She guided me from making an offer through closing with great honestly and knowledge. She even went as far and contacted the town hall to request the permit history and inspection record on my unit. She also helped put me in touch with the contacts on the condo board and property management company which was very helpful as I had questions along the way. Christina ultimately made me feel confident with my purchase and I've been living with no regrets. Before my condo offer I had made 2 other offers which weren't accepted but Christina helped me move forward and not give up on looking for properties. Throughout the search and process she was very communicative and responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend Christina if you are looking to buy or sell pretty as I think she is the best in the business.
