Christina Barone worked with my mother on the sale of her house. Mom was thrilled with the service. Christina took beautiful photographs of the home, put the listing up quickly, and lined up multiple viewings in record time. Once the first offer was accepted and the inspection completed, it was discovered that the roof needed minor repairs. The state had just been through two hurricanes and my mom wasn't having any luck trying to find a roofer who wasn't completely booked. After letting Christina know what was going on, Christina had a roofer out to the house within a week to make the needed repairs.
