It is a great experience!! He was referred by one of my colleagues I am thankful for them referring Brian . we are new to the Hosing market with very basic knowledge of market. First Meeting with Brian : In our first meeting in his office, Brian first explained the market conditions and things involved in details and got to know our likes budget and preferences. Accordingly He had setup the filter to get all the notifications. Working with Brian : He is the Wiki of real estate market with lot of knowledge and experience, especially when you schedule a walk throughs with him.. He is always there 10 -15 mins ahead of the time and complete a basic walk through and ready give you an overview of the house as soon as we arrived. Before doing a in house he will take you around the house and highlight the items that may be in good shape and maintenance. Very few that walks you through this details and gives you an estimate of things that you might have to spend. This gives you an idea of what you should put an offer. He would also give you recently sold neighborhood details that are comparable for the house you would have liked. He is always available when you have any questions and very quick in giving. He collaborates well with sellers agents and knows most of them in person. It wouldnt have been possible and easy for us to buy a house of our choice without his support!! Trust me he exceeds your expectations in any topic related to home buying or Selling!! I highly recommend Brian as agent for happy home buying experience.
