While visiting in Idaho, we decided to look for a home in our friend?s city, a spur of the moment decision. Christie talked to us about our wants/needs in a house. She scheduled several homes over a 3 day period that she thought we?d be interested in and also got us started in the process of being approved for a loan. On the 3rd day, we found ?the? house. She successfully negotiated several thousand dollars off the price and by the time we left to go back to sell our old house (one week later), we were on our way to owning the new one. Christie was VERY easy to work with and kept our search on track at all times. She seemed sincerely interested in our finding exactly what we wanted! She was familiar with loan companies, banks, and appraisers and the whole process went fast and smoothly. I highly recommend her in your search for the ?perfect? house!

Christi was very attentive to the entire process and stayed on task to keep things moving forward as best as could be done.
