My name is Christie Kay, I have been selling real estate since 2001 and joined Windermere NCW in 2007. I am proud to say, I am a top producing Realtor here in the Valley! I recognize this wouldn't be possible without the continued support of my friends, family and clients. I know that picking a Realtor is a big deal. How do you do that? You get online and search, ask around and look at reviews. So, here is a little about me. In 2011 I was blessed with a little boy! He is growing too quickly, as I was promised he would. Funny and fun, he is my real estate sidekick. The first to tell you a house smells bad or that it needs a new roof. Ha! He knows his real estate! At Christmas time, I added a beautiful little girl to the mix!!! I am confident that she will follow in her big brothers foot steps!! I will keep you posted. ;) Buying a home.... it is a huge decision and sometimes having someone help you see not only the positives but the negatives too.... it can save you from making hasty choices. Being an advocate for the future of my clients by making sure they buy something they can sell again down the road.... that's worth more to me than anything else. In our internet driven world things such as professional pictures, virtual tours, staging, pre inspections.... these things are more important now than ever. My wife and I met Christie via a recommendation from another agent and we could not have had a better experience. The first property we went under contract didnt end up working out, but in hindsight, we are very glad it didnt as it lead us to our dream home. Christie had this home in mind for us early on and it fit our needs more than we initially realized. Her insight into what we were looking for was spot on.
