My name is Christie Kay, I have been selling real estate since 2001 and joined Windermere NCW in 2007. I am proud to say, I am a top producing Realtor here in the Valley! I recognize this wouldn't be possible without the continued support of my friends, family and clients. I know that picking a Realtor is a big deal. How do you do that? You get online and search, ask around and look at reviews. So, here is a little about me. In 2011 I was blessed with a little boy! He is growing too quickly, as I was promised he would. Funny and fun, he is my real estate sidekick. The first to tell you a house smells bad or that it needs a new roof. Ha! He knows his real estate! At Christmas time, I added a beautiful little girl to the mix!!! I am confident that she will follow in her big brothers foot steps!! We worked with Christie for a year and a half. We let her know up front that we were going to be very picky first-time buyers and that it might take us a while, and her patience, knowledge, and general lack of pushiness throughout the process were so appreciated. We learned a lot from her, and she also got to know our priorities and preferences quickly and was able to steer us to appropriate homes. She absolutely knows the greater Wenatchee market inside and out and was able to guide us on making compelling offers. We truly believed she wanted the best for us and had our backs the entire time - including when we decided to back out of an offer after an inspection revealed expensive hidden problems.
