Christie deserves 100 stars. My uncle was the original client. He unexpectedly got sick, no one thought he would die, but 3 days after becoming sick he was comatose, and died 30 hours later. We live 175 miles from DFW, Christie's quick moving diligent actions were critical. She was notifed he was not feeling well, and she had a notary here with the paperwork for a Transfer of Deed on Death, ( I wasnt convinced he was dying) the notary was here the next day and return overnight FED-X. She had foresight to know that I would need it for the house being sold, as well as the home we were living in, which she didnt have to do. I THANK GOD for Christie. Without her seasoned experience and traveling this road before, I would be in the midst of a living nightmare. The trauma and stress of the death, and other minor issues, (I'm ashamed to say) turned me into a miserable Karen to deal with. However Christie was kind, professional and compassionate, above and beyond. I am currently looking at buying another property. Even though Christie is 175 miles away, she will get my business. THANK YOU CHRISTIE

We connected with Alecia on Zillow when looking at a house. We wanted to act quickly after seeing the property on 1/1. We made an offer on 1/2 and closed on 1/24. Alecia stayed top of the seller and seller agent to ensure they delivered what has promised. Alecia even showed up to our final walk through after being rear-ended on her way to our appointment. Although the seller created a delay the day of the closing, the closing process was actually seamless. Alecia was kind, responsive, and resourceful.
