Working with Ben was such an awesome experience! It was my first time buying an investment property and he was so personable and knowledgable about the process; he really took the time to explain each step to make sure I knew what was going on. He was able to find an off market property for me and my family in an area that does not have a lot of openings usually, found us tenants before the escrow dates, set up all the necessary appointments and was extremely responsive throughout the process. Leila did an outstanding job navigating us through the simultaneous sale of our condo and purchasing of a new home. She was super responsive with our thousands of questions and provided great insight to a fairly complicated process, timing-wise and for folks that knew very little about buying and selling a home. She really made use of her companys resources to make sure we were 100% covered at all times with representation and insight, and provided great contacts when considering insurance, home loans, handy-work to allow us to always be fully informed thru both the home-buying and home-selling process. She was never pushy or intense when it came to our interactions and she gained our trust right away, which was very important for our family dealing with such a convoluted process. She was always very respectful, at times even playing with our 2 year old child while we visited potential homes, and she carries herself with the upmost class and know-how in her interactions. With a couple of unexpected situations that popped up for us that we felt were mountains to deal with, Leila went out of her way to make sure that we were not affected at the end of the day and made sure everything went as smooth as possible for us. Leila is a class act and puts Onyx Homes on a pedestal with regards to real estate agencies. After months of preparation, open houses, visiting 30+ homes, digging up documentation, and a couple episodes of freaking out on our end, Leila got it done for us and we are forever grateful to her for all she has done for our family and you can bet that we will definitely recommend her in the future any chance we get!

Ben is an amazing agent to work with! My husband and I tried looking for houses to rent on our own and kept striking out. (Let me tell you that trying to find a property in Orange County that was quiet, gated, and affordable was no easy feat!) Our friend connected us to Ben and he helped demystify the renting process. He coordinated tours, reached out to agents/owners, and helped guide us through applications so that we were highly competitive. Ben brought us to a property that was off our radar and we were able to get approved the same day! We just renewed our 1 year lease and so grateful for Bens expertise. He also checked in soon after moving and brought a sweet and thoughtful gift. 10/10 recommend to any looking to rent or buy.
