About Christian Givens
My love for real estate began early as my late father flipping homes in his hometown, DC, and as well as in Baltimore. I knew that I wanted to play a role in helping others realize the importance of ownership after acquiring my first duplex in 2015. I have a passion to help people create generational wealth through real estate. It is important to be able to build something that can be left to the next generation. Acquiring is half the battle, I also want to help you find the resources to ensure that you are able to keep what you've worked for through my connections. The home-buying and selling process can be stressful, but with the right agent/client relationship it does not have to be. I look forward to connecting with you!
Community Involvement
I serve on the Housing team at my church. We are aiming to provide housing security in the SE section of DC.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
I enjoy to travel, photoshoots, trying new restaurants. I also love spending time with family and friends.
FAMILY
I am single, so I do not have any children. However, a few of my nephews and nieces live with me, so there is never a dull moment at home.
