Christian is hands down the best realtor. He is professional, knowledgeable about the geographic areas he serves, and skilled in his field. We looked at a few houses with Christian, and he gave his honest assessments about the houses themselves, the geographic areas, the school districts, etc. Although we ultimately found our perfect first home after three open houses, Christian assured us that he was in it for the long run until we found the right one. As first time homebuyers, this process was completely new but Christian made the process so efficient and easy! Importantly, however, Christian is truly cares about his clients and treats them like family. For example, Christian recently reached out to us (months after our closing date) just to check in on us. I have been looking forward to writing a review for Christian Giamanco. I provided him with a big challenge and he rose to the occasion. Christian provided honesty, hard work, availability, knowledge, experience and the fortitude needed to ultimately reach our sales goal. I tested him the other day by calling him two weeks after the closing of the old and new homes, a time when we were all done and moved. He picked up on one ring, proving the mark of a solid business relationship and true friendship born through this process. If you want a tour guide there may be better. If you want results and commitment he is at the pinnacle of his industry. I have no doubt he will represent me in my real estate dealings for many years to come.
