Never pushing me into the wrong home, but instead pointing out, hey remember you said you wanted xyz so dont settle. In this market it was tough and at times I wanted to give up. He didnt listen to any of my recommendations and wasted six months of my time and money. Even after that, Christian was confident that he could sell my home quickly. Well, he was right. Christian initially told me he was not a local expert, rather he is a real estate expert. He proved that to be the case. He listened to what I wanted. Staged the home to my exact specifications and was firm with buyer agents when they tried to knock the property based on the amount of time it was on the market (courtesy of the six months wasted by the local expert from the prestigious firm). Christian ended up selling the home for exactly what I asked for and made the process seamless, even driving to LA to complete simple tasks that I was not available for or the buyers agent was impatient on. He showed great professionalism to me, my family and the buyers agent, who was very difficult by nature. I 100% recommend Christian and am looking to work with him again on another transaction.
