If you are in need of a honest and transparent agent, Christian Fernandez is your guy. I was looking to buy my very first home in July of 2021. I work at a mortgage company and had a lot of connections/resources. I was working with an agent that my boss referred me to and told him the 2 houses I wanted to look at, one of them being the one I ended up buying. We went out to look at the house and the agent called me while I was on my way to the property and told me he would need to send his assistant to accompany me as he had a last minute issue. I met with Christian at the property as he was the sellers agent. Immediately, I felt very comfortable with Christian as he was very up-front on the offers they had and was very informative of the the home details and amenities in the area. The whole time we were there, I spoke with Christian directly. My agents assistant was completely silent and frankly no help whatsoever. I went back to the agent and told him I wanted to put in an offer and asked for help with this. He came back to me saying I should come in with an offer $35K-$40K over asking price which I thought was ridiculous and truly feel that he told me this just to increase his commission. I got cold feet on working with him and told him I would no longer need his services. This was very sad as I really fell in love with the home and was looking forward to buying it.After some thinking, I reached out to Christian directly and asked if he would mind representing me since I did not make any deals with the agent I was working with prior.Lucky for me, Christian was happy to help me out. He did so much for me throughout the purchase process and not only helped me get the best sale price possible (I told him I was willing to offer $715K and he negotiated it down to $707K!!), but also helped me negotiate with the seller to keep all of the appliances at no additional cost.We closed the loan on 9/7/2021 and I could not be happier or more proud to finally own my dream home!!!I would not be here today without all of Christians help and will absolutely be a returning client for any real estate transactions.I highly refer Christian Fernandez as an agent for your buying/selling needs, you wont regret it!!!
