Price it competitively, enhance curb appeal, and work with a reputable real estate agent for effective marketing. Pick the right agent who will do professional listing materials, work hard and be in your corner with superb negotiating skills. Be flexible.

I have worked with nearly every type of clients. From first time home buyers to clients with luxury homes. I've worked with many different investor, big, small and first timers as well. I've worked with many commercial clients, from your average tenant all the way to representing a corporation. My favorite is land and farms. I have had the pleasure of working with several of these clients as well. I hope to continue to find a new type I have not worked with yet. It's always interesting and different each time.

I had a young, single, first time home buyer and at his price point, the market was extremely tough. We lost out on the first 2 homes in multiple offer situations, due the just did not have as much buying power as others. We came together, drew up a new strategy, I asked him to trust me and the next home he wanted, we would implement this plan. A week or so later, that opportunity arose and we won the contract on another multiple offer situation, a home that actually ended up with 7 offers. We had to get creative and offer other terms that held high value to a seller, since we knew we probably would not have the highest price. We worked diligently through a tough and competitive market, and I'm not sure who was more excited he got the house!

Interesting story. I was involved in an accident and from this I broke my neck and back. After a long recovery and 2 surgeries, I was still not able to return to my previous job. I set out on a new venture and through a good friend of mine, who is also our broker, we decided to give real estate a shot. I was blown away how well I enjoyed this career and how quickly I picked it up. I wish I had done it years before.

I have 2 bachelor degrees from MWSU, one in Accounting and one in Finance. I have acquired my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification and my RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification.
