I only gave 5 stars for Melissa as the site does not go to 6. Melissa was a joy to work with, super professional, and maintained continual contact for a very complex house sale. My house had some foundation issues ($$$) and other more minor maintenance issues after being a rental property for 6 years. I live out of state and had fired a previous property manager; I was managing the home from a thousand miles away with the commensurate challenges. Melissa went above and beyond to help wherever needed by providing and helping line up cleaners, handymen, contractors; I can't even name all of the times she helped. I'm guessing the emails, call & text logs number over 100 and I simply cannot express my appreciation enough and recommend Melissa highly enough. Thank you Melissa and thank you Christi Reece Group.
