When we decided to relocate from another state we reached out to The Christi Reece Group and were referred to their agent, Mike Tofel. Not only did we have a time crunch we also were not able to travel to Grand Junction to actually look at properties. Mike was completely in tune with our list of wants and needs and honed in on a few possibles. He put together a deal that worked for everyone, saw us through the inspections and looked after the transaction through a successful closing. The home we purchased sight unseen fits our needs perfectly and is a place we are proud to call home. Mike's attention, dedication and knowledge is outstanding. I only gave 5 stars for Melissa as the site does not go to 6. Melissa was a joy to work with, super professional, and maintained continual contact for a very complex house sale. My house had some foundation issues ($$$) and other more minor maintenance issues after being a rental property for 6 years. I live out of state and had fired a previous property manager; I was managing the home from a thousand miles away with the commensurate challenges. Melissa went above and beyond to help wherever needed by providing and helping line up cleaners, handymen, contractors; I can't even name all of the times she helped. I'm guessing the emails, call & text logs number over 100 and I simply cannot express my appreciation enough and recommend Melissa highly enough. Thank you Melissa and thank you Christi Reece Group. The Cristi Reese Group has super professional team members who also were amazing with their proactive contact and follow up. Wow & Wow.
