I cannot rave about Christen enough! She was referred to us by friends who had the most fantastic experience with her, as well. We live down the hill so she screened many properties for us, both online and in person. This saved us so many trips up and the search so easy and time efficient. She had such great knowledge and insight about the mountain; its like she knows every road! Her opinions were always honest and shes not the type to try to sell you on something. We found our dream cabin within just a couple months! As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the process to make it as easy as possible and held our hand every step of the way. Shes very communicative and just a super nice person (I'm kind of sad I wont be texting her all the time anymore!). I cant recommend her enough!

I have done ONE transaction with Christen that included three parties that needed various amounts of hand holding, educating, motivating and persuasion. She was awesome at keeping most of these parties engaged. 3 failed buyer transactions later (none her fault) we moved on to the 4th. Bazinga! 4th time was the charm! Christen was warm personable from the get go. Respectful, and communicative. And I'm grateful we were able to put this transaction in my rear view mirror! 5 out of 5 STARS!!! Christen was definitely the realtor for us. My wife and I were out of town buyers, so it was difficult for us to see every property that we wanted. As soon as we sent her a listing that we wanted to see, she was there with her phone, Facetiming us to make sure we got a feel for the property. Never once did we feel like she was trying to push any property on us to speed the process up. She would give us the pros and cons to the property/neighborhood, which would allow us to make an informed decision. We found our perfect family cabin in Lake Arrowhead, thanks to Christens quick response. We made an offer on a Tuesday at 1:00pm and we had the deal signed by 6:30pm, that same day.
