As soon as we sent her a listing that we wanted to see, she was there with her phone, Facetiming us to make sure we got a feel for the property. Never once did we feel like she was trying to push any property on us to speed the process up. She would give us the pros and cons to the property/neighborhood, which would allow us to make an informed decision. We found our perfect family cabin in Lake Arrowhead, thanks to Christens quick response. We made an offer on a Tuesday at 1:00pm and we had the deal signed by 6:30pm, that same day.
