    About Christa Samples

    I'm a strong person who believes that you have to keep trying. Some may even say I'm stubborn! But I don't like to give up and I work hard to provide the best service and results possible to my clients. Originally from Connecticut, my husband's IT career has relocated us from North Carolina to California back to North Carolina and then to New York. Being a native of Connecticut, I enjoyed being back in the Northeast but we were ultimately compelled to relocate back to North Carolina in 1995 and we couldn't be happier about that. I was very excited to return to the life we had started here. I have always enjoyed working with people and felt that my past training and career in culinary arts would transition well into a career in Real Estate. My attention to details will also help serve my clients' needs. My goal is to foster an atmosphere of trust and confidence throughout your entire Real Estate experience. I love really connecting with people, coming to understand their Real Estate goals and then seeing the thrill in their eyes when we reach that goal. My family and I absolutely love the Clayton area and I really enjoy sharing this community with newcomers. This is the perfect combination of small town - you can literally go to the Tree Lighting in Clayton and know 15-20 people but also very quickly and easily enjoy the larger city amenities of Raleigh or Durham. Speaking of our small town, be sure to go downtown Clayton and eat at Jones Cafe - I highly recommend it!       I met Christa through a friend and he only raves about her. After she helped me (a first time home buyer) I could see why he does! I didn't do much research before hand, so naturally I made some mistakes, but Christa really helped clear things up. I didn't fully understand the appraisal process and what offering a bit too high really meant, but we have to learn somehow! Christa was great with negotiating with the selling agent to help find me a solution. It was just nice to have a Realtor that felt more like a friend than someone trying to just sell me something. I highly recommend her!
