Christa was excellent in all the steps of selling and buying a house, she knows very well all the process related to it; some people decide to "sell by owner" to save the 6% commission to the real state agent but I think that if you are not an agent yourself, you don't know all the dos and don'ts of the journey, in my view that 6% was the best money I spent in acquiring a new house and selling my previous one; Christa is not only very knowledgeable about the real state market in Forsyth Co but also very pleasant to work with, I recommend her to anybody and I know she will deliver.
