Christa was great to work with when buying my house. She seemed to know the areas well, showed me houses based on what I said I wanted, and really seemed to be watching out for my best interest. I'm not a great negotiator, but she said thats why I hired her and she was able to negotiate a lower price with an add on that I requested. Anytime I had questions she was great to answer them or look into it and get back to me if she didnt know. She was also able to advocate a close date for me that worked well for my work schedule. Christa also seems to have many connections and was able to recommend reliable contractors to me when I requested them. All in all, it was a smooth process and Christa was pleasant and fun to work with.

Five Star Review representing the Buyer!! When my elderly mom decided to move into the next phase of her life, we were blessed Christa was the agent for the townhome she was interested in. Through her professionalism, patience and knowledge, she explained and guided us through the buying process. She communicated and was available through text, emails and phone calls morning, noon and night, even during her personal time as a mom. If she was not available, she made sure we had access to her team. When the home inspection called for repairs, she recommended and scheduled professionals to provide quick estimates for negotiation purposes before closing. Christa was absolutely AMAZING to work with. We started our journey a few months before we decided to buy our first home and she checked in often until we were ready! She was so attentive to our wants and interests in our first home and she was very attentive to detail when looking at homes and helped us weed out the ones that werent a great fit. She was extremely personable and gave us so much insight through the whole process. As first time home buyers we would not have made it through the home buying process without her. It didnt matter what time of day it was or if she was busy she was always there to answer calls and texts! She worked so hard around my husband and Is schedule to look at homes and was here for me when I ultimately looked at and chose our dream home without my husband being home! I dont normally write reviews but in the case of Christa Heath the realtor who helped my family find our first house in the Huntsville, AL area I felt I really needed to. As everyone knows moving is a stressful time in a familys life especially when youre moving to a whole new area across the country, and you dont know many people. To add to my familys stress, I moved to Huntsville first before my wife and children due to wanting to let my son finish his senior year of high School at his current school in New Mexico before moving to Alabama. So here I was, New Job, New area, Family back in New Mexico and me here by myself trying to find a house for us. BOOM, in steps Christa Heath, a one in a million realtor and a great person who has helped my family and I more then we could have ever expected. Christa is someone who will go out of her way to help you in anyway she can, whether its researching local schools, showing houses, (She showed us so many as we struggled to narrow down what we were looking for), answer any and all questions you might have, recommending great places to eat, you name it and shes there for you. My wife drove out to Huntsville in December during School break, and she immediately liked Christa and felt very comfortable with her as our realtor and we both knew she had our families best interests at heart. Christa was never too busy for us no matter how big or small our question or any request was and always greeted us with a warm smile and such a cheery attitude. Personally, I wish a lot more people were like Christa as I know the world would be a lot better off. If you and your family are looking to buy a property, have questions about a certain area or school I cant think of a better person for you to reach out to then Christa Heath.
