About Christa Burgess

Christa, a native Texan, was born and raised in the state before relocating to the Houston, Texas area in 1990, having worked overseas on the North Island of New Zealand. Prior to her relocation to the Houston area, Christa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University College Station. To finance her education, she worked three jobs while attending classes, thus ingraining in her a strong work ethic. After starting a family and moving to Katy, Texas, in 2004, Christa became licensed as a Texas REALTOR. Her professional endeavors have since been focused on client care, particularly in aiding homeowners in the sale of their properties and helping prospective buyers find their ideal homes. Concentrating her efforts in Katy and Fulshear, Texas, Christa remains committed to her clients while taking an active role in her children's band and sports events. She, along with her husband and two sons, has resided in Cinco Ranch since 1997, where they enjoy the close-knit community. Christa was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire listing and selling process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the whole city but she had specific knowledge about my neighborhood/HOA that greatly helped when going through the comps and deciding on a price. I really appreciated how thorough she was when helping me prepare my house for showings. Due to her amazing attention to detail and helpful pointers, we received several offers our very first weekend on the market and we sold for well over our list price.
