We chose Chrissy based on neighborhood recommendations and we were not disappointed. We followed Chrissy's recommendations on preparing the house and we received an offer less than 2% of of the asking price. It wasn't until we closed, that we learned how professionally she handled the negotiations and the great care she took to make sure we got the little details in the contract that mattered to us. An important point for us was her quick responsiveness. She always answered her phone/email/text or responded within a few minutes of contacting her. I've owed a lot of properties both personal homes and rentals and this was the smoothest process yet, thanks to Chrissy. Well done!
