I am used to promises made ahead of an exclusive agreement to represent and then am used to the let down of not getting the full range of service I expected. This was not the experience I had with Lisa Dubois. I got more service than promised and my expectations were exceeded.Reasons why I would hire again -1. Excellent local knowledge. Not just in housing, but in contractors. The price I paid was less than I would have paid simply for repairs and other work because Lisa and Chrissy have the contacts and the volume to get very competitive pricing.2. Fabulous presentation of the property. Professional photographer, 3D tour, staging, you name it I got it.3. Straight forward advice. We always took it and were rewarded.4. We used their concierge service and it was a smooth experience and I would recommend it.If we return to Virginia in the future, Lisa will be one of the first calls I make.

ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience was excellent! This is the first time we have ever sold a home. We intended to interview at least 3 realtors, but after meeting with Lisa, we felt certain we'd do well to just go with her. Time was of the essence so we knew we'd have to move quickly..and she did! She handled everything with the contractors, scheduling, approach, staging, etc. If a decision had to be made, she'd tell us our choices and her perspective but then let us decide. We are really glad we just trusted out gut and chose her. She was also very responsive to questions during the process. Great experience....

ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was very professional. She got our parents house ready to sell, told us what we needed to do and handled all the contractors, staging, photographers, etc. We didn't recognize it when it was all done. Got an offer the first weekend it was open for more than the asking price, closed a month later. I would highly recommend Lisa, she walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. Very nice to work with!
