About Chrissi Jasso
As your agent, I also want you to know who I am and my background. Born and raised in Polk County, I grew up and chose to work in this immediate area. I started my working career at Publix Super Markets at the age of 16, first working in the stores and then in the accounting department at the corporate office. After 11 years, I decided to step away for something different, which led me to real estate. I earned my Real Estate Agent's License in 2001 and opened my own Brokerage in 2004. In 2014, I added Re/Max as a Franchise to my Brokerage. I have a son and a daughter, along with raising my niece and nephew, who have kept me very busy over the years with sports and other activities. I am passionate about giving back to my community by helping support The Mission, Doors2Change, Stuff the Bus, Kids Pack, Boys and Girls Club, United Way and other community programs. In 2016, I was recognized by Real Trends as one of the top 250 Real Estate Agents in the Nation. In 2017, I was recognized again by Real Trends ranking #41 for Top Florida agents.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Buyers should seek an experienced and "current" agent. Someone that understands experience is great, but agents must stay current with technology as well. Buyers should always be prepared before starting the buying process to be approved with a lender and have proof of funds for their down payment. Buyers should also speak with their agent on lender/loan options for no down payment or down payment assistance loan options.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Interview agents! You have a choice in who you work with and you should be confident in that choice. Agents will have similar but different services/fees/marketing/customer service and as a seller, you should choose the right agent for you! Seek out an experienced agent that will provide the right marketing, professional photos, customer service and best overall experience and who you feel you can trust thru the process.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have sold many homes in my career and have worked with many clients. Repeat clients, referral clients, first time home buyers, investors, vacation home buyers, sellers moving out of state, homes coming out of probate, just to name a few. We are here to service everyone's Real Estate needs.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I love all my clients! My time with my clients is a Blessing as they share a special time with me. Whether is be buying their first home or selling their home with cherished memories.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in Real Estate in 2001 the year after my daughter was born as I was looking for something that I could continue my quest to work and serve people, with more flexibility within my schedule. I worked for Publix Supermarkets for 11 years, which I loved, but desired something more. Publix taught me great things about customer service and my love to help and serve the community.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Education and training is a benefit and a "must have" in Real Estate. I continue to stay in touch with new and inventive Real Estate trends and as well as staying informed with Real Estate changes.
