Chris Winn did it again!! We knew after his success with selling our first home that we definitely wanted to use him again. So we called him up and he immediately met with us and was so polished and professional. We had one meeting with him and he followed up with everything needed and created beautiful listing photos. He strategized to come up with a great price point for our home and sold it within two days! The entire process was seamless. Three months ago we met Chris and began our journey of buying a home. Chris attentively listened to what we were looking for, and was focused on what we wanted and what we needed as a family. We were hesitate to buy a house because we heard about the new rule on who pays the realtor's fees, but Chris explained the process of buying a house, and how that new law could affect us. We purchased our first home with Chris about ten years ago - and when it was time to sell I had no question who was the best person for the job. Chris has a unique ability to work thru the many obstacles and challenges that occur during the sales process. Most real estate agents do not have the experience or skill set to successfully navigate the process. I might add, Chris suggested a listing price that I thought was too low - and we listed higher, only to later sell for what Chris stated was market value on day one.
