He is cognizant of the local property values and the state of the market. He could tell me that a home I was interested in was far above market value and that it was worth it to ask for a better offer. He could also explain why it was likely they would stick tightly to the high asking price (a housing company was holding it and content to just wait for a buyer).For my home he was very responsive with the line of communication during negotiations. He was also very helpful and responsive guiding me through the paperwork.
