We decided to downsize and put our home up for sale to purchase something smaller. We didn't know any realtors, and Chris was recommended to us by a family member. We contacted Chris, and could not have been any happier. He came to our house, arriving at the time he promised, and took the time to tour our house and property. He discussed the pros and cons of our house, gave great feedback and was forthcoming about what he thought we could get for it. It was listed on a Thursday afternoon, and by Saturday morning we had an offer that we accepted. Chris was with us every step of the way, right through closing on our new house. Jacob was an amazing realtor. He listened and paid attention to what I was looking for and went out and found some really good matches. I was impressed with his attention to detail, his thoughtfulness, and his ability to focus on what I needed as opposed to what was the most convenient for him. I highly recommend him!

Chris made very good suggestions on the prepping of the house. I heeded the advice and got the house in good shape. Then he brought in a very good photographer. He used a drone to show off my property plus did a very good job on the display of the rooms. The house was then listed on a Thursday with an open house on Saturday. By Tuesday I had two above asking offers. Wow. Then came the backend of the process. Two delays but we got thru them. Chris is both experienced and optimistically driven. Traits one needs to be successful in this business today. I fully recommend him and his team.
