A true Californian through and through, realtor Chris Taylor was born and raised in South Orange County and has spent his life in Southern California from Huntington Beach to Palm Springs and just about everywhere in between. Surfing. Mainly surfing. And riding e-bikes with my wife on the boardwalk at the beach.

While I have no kids of my own biologically, my wife has a large family and that includes her totally-disabled grandson, David, whom we are the Primary Caregivers for.

After living in our former home for 8 1/2 years, my wife and I decided it was time to downsize. Anthony Zervas was referred to us by our listing agent, Chris Taylor, and we began a search for our new house. Anthony proved to be very patient with us as we hated to leave our former house and nothing was looking like a place we would want to call home. Anthony persisted until that day arrived when we found our new house that we would soon call home. Patience and persistence is the key in a realtor and Anthony exhibited those qualities time and time again. I would recommend any new buyer or seller interview agents and try and match personalities as well as examine their credentials and, if possible, any reviews. He took his time with me showed me everything, made sure I understood every detail and knew 99% of the questions I asked if he didn't he knew who to ask and was very quick to give me the answer.
