Working with Chris Striefel has been such a blessing! We came to know Chris when he was recommended to us by another client he had worked with for years. We are new to the area and we had much to learn, which was further complicated by the pandemic and real estate frenzy. My husband and I greatly appreciated Chris's background in building as he was able to answer endless questions regarding what could and could not be done in terms of renovations. I mean endless questions from the roof, to the radon, to the electric, plumbing, landscaping, permitting, all of which was tremendously helpful. Furthermore, he was able to give a rough idea of costs for labor and materials while also reminding us of potential cost increases due to material shortages. Buying a home is often an emotional process and I particularly appreciated Chris's sound reasoning and rock-solid support as we navigated this journey. He let us know when we needed to act fast because a house would sell quickly and when we had a bit of room to negotiate. Chris was patient, understanding, and accommodating of our needs throughout the house hunting. We ended up purchasing a home we adore and once we are settled, we look forward to inviting Chris for dinner. This is a small valley and Chris is a top notch realtor and all-around great guy whom we are happy to now have as friend!
