About Chris Sheffer

I love homes! I know it is a challenge to find the right place to call home. We will work together, and have some fun along the way. Chris Sheffer cell: 916-300-5835 I love the Sacramento area! My husband and I love all this area has to offer - bike paths, golf, wine tasting, and visits to Tahoe and Napa. We especially love entertaining friends at our home in Granite Bay. My husband and I have done rentals, flips, rehabs, land deals, and we have designed and built homes, too. We are in the process of remodeling a 500 sqft mountain cabin. Last year, we built a garage to support a new solar power system. The year before that, we remodeled a barn into a guest house. I love seeing the potential in any house and making it happen! I have been selling real estate since 2005 and received my Broker's License in 2013. I am very involved in the Placer County Master's Club. I am an Outstanding Life Master's Club member with over 10 years of top sales and participate in the Leadership Committee accepting new members. In the past, I managed a large portfolio of rental properties for my clients, so I understand the laws and requirements for rentals & investment property. I pride myself on good, timely communication. I am an avid quilter with 2 or 3 quilts in process at any time. I love to sew each one by hand even though it may take a year or more to complete them. The patience, creativity and TLC that I put into my quilts also goes into all my Real Estate work. Homes are my passion!
