To anyone wondering who to use for their real estate agent look no further! Chris Sheffer is simply the BEST!We were planning on using another "top" agent in Granite Bay until we told a friend who had used this other agent. She discouraged us from using him and instead highly recommended Chris. We always use referrals from someone we trust and luckily decided to meet with her. Within that first meeting we were put at ease and loved her! She had lots of information for us and a plan of attack in order for us to maximize our asking price! She recommended 3 different upgrades for us to accomplish before we listed and even had us paint the front door a new color and adding matching shutters. Everything she asked us to do really made the house look fantastic!She also told us NOT to do a few things that we thought were necessary. Things like replacing the front driveway that was in rough shape. She was right again. We did not waste money on doing them and still got what we feel was top dollar for our home! One last thing.
