I made the difficult decision to sell the family home after the passing of my mother. My brother who had been the primary caregiver was still living there so it was important to be respectful of his time and emotions regarding this difficult decision. I first met Chris Ryan via text. I had explained all this and he and his team remained respectful throughout the entire process. He helped me with determining a good listing price for the house based on his knowledge of the area and sales of comparable homes.My primary contact after signing the listing agreement was with Lisa Roberts. All I can say is she was fabulous! Amazingly responsive and knowledgeable. She too was respectful of the difficult decision to sell the house. The other challenge was that it was an old house that was structurally sound but it definitely needed cosmetic updates. The house was listed as is and nicely presented on their website. The exterior and interior photos as well as the descriptions of the property were accurate and honest. Once listed we immediately had showings that were scheduled according to our needs. The house went under contract within 2 weeks. From the time of contract signing to closing, I interacted primarily with Rande Brafman who too was knowledgeable and responsive regarding all the requirements to get to the closing table. Mary Jane (MJ) Salzano a member of the Chris Ryan Team is a true professional Broker Sales Associate. Earlier this year my Mother passed away and my siblings and I were tasked with selling her condo. MJ met with us and instantly my siblings and I knew she was the realtor to help us sell the condo.
