THE MOST STRONGEST ENDORSEMENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We had a unique experience of selling two homes simultaneously, and ultimately needed realtors to get them sold. Because the houses were located in different areas, we had to use two realtors. Evan, hands-down and without a doubt, out performed the other realtor in energy, drive, most of all -- customer service! A confident, driven and friendly young man, with instilled Eastern Shore values of family, work ethic, and a man's word is his bond/reputation, Evan contacted me while we were trying to do the FSBO thing. After a few emails, texts and phone calls, he came to the house with comps in hand, and said, "I can sell this house in 30 days or less!" Well, we picked up that gauntlet, he took the photos the next day, got the agreements done (Thursday/Friday night), and.... we had a ratified contract by Sunday/Monday! Sold in 5 days!!!! Throughout the entire process, he was in regular contact with me, very responsive to calls/emails/texts, etc. We could not have asked for better!!!At the end of the day, there are really no words to fully express our appreciation for his efforts! While we know that he had other responsibilities, he made us feel like we were his most important clients!! We also realize the sale of a home is transactional, but Evan made it personal! It was truly a great pleasure and privilege to get to know him over last several weeks, and he and his family are always welcome at our table and fire in the new home!
