My wife was back in Maryland so as I was walking through the home, Chris made a video for my wife and sent it. The home exceeded our expectations so we jumped on it. There were multiple offers on the home and the sellers asked for best and final offers by a deadline date a few days later. Chris strategized with us to determine the best way for our offer to be accepted. In the end we got the home! Chris didn't stop there; since we were out of town buyers he set everything up for us and made sure the process to settlement went smoothly.
