Chris and Nikki have truly been outstanding in selling and then closing on my 4 bedroom house in Plainfield, Indiana. We got $10,000 above asking price and I thought the asking price was a little on the high side ! Chris was superb in recommending what renovations would get me the best return on investment and he also helped in choosing things like light fixtures. The buyers home inspection showed some things I had to get done and Chris was very good during my absence from Indiana in following up and getting things done.
