We could look at them then when we decided what we wanted to look at he set up a day and times quickly. Hes very personable also. Tim is always available, either via text or phone call. He has the ability to make you feel like youre his only client when I know he has others hes working with. I could text him questions and hed always get right back with me. When we found the house we decided on, he was with us every step of the way, helping us with each step as needed. We listed our old house with him right away after our purchase and he immediately got our info out there and utilized all avenues where seekers might look. Our home sold quickly and again he was always available to us and he said he would always be even after all sales were completed and I know he will be because hes a man of his word. She has expert knowledge of the area and always made herself available to respond to questions when we had them. She set up video tours for us when we couldn't see homes in person which was very helpful. The purchase of our first home fell through, but Marti really worked for us in the negotiation process. When we found a second home, she again went to work and was able to get several items negotiated into the purchase and made sure we got the best deal. We are extremely happy with our purchase and grateful that we had the chance to work with Marti and would readily do so again.
