I met Chris at an open house in San Marcos when our family was out looking for a home to buy. Chris was very nice and seemed like a great fit for type of agent we were looking for as we had just moved here from AZ - and were in need of a home. Chris showed us 4 or 5 properties in the area and we offered on one we fell in love with. The only thing is that there were 10 offers on the home. We were in shock and bummed our offer an extra 3 thousand over the asking price hoping that it was enough. Turns out there were higher offers on the table than ours and we had fallen into a bidding war; only thing is that we weren't comfortable going more than 2 thousand more than our previous offer. Chris was very clear with the situation and took his time to let us know things as they progressed. I felt like the ball was in the sellers court and I let Chris work on the details to try and get us our dream !! Chris negotiated like a champ and was successful at getting the deal!! Our family was so over joyed we could barely hold in our excitement when we got the home and our daughters broke out in tears of joy when we told them. This review is long over due and I feel bad for not writing it sooner. Sorry Chris.But I' wanted to tell the viewing readers one thing specifically. If you try and buy a home with an average agent - - Your probably missing out on quality service and the most for your money. Chris is 5 Stars and I'm forever indebted to him !!
