Hats off to Chris for putting up with all my crap. In my case, buying a house was more of a year-long journey than a single experience. As a service member stationed 11 hours away and spending at least one week a month traveling, it was rare that I was able to make the trip up to look at properties, but that didnt put me on his backburner.
